Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your KosherDroid device, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The device must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- The device must not have any physical damage
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Important: Due to the custom nature of our KosherDroid OS installation, all sales are subject to a restocking fee of $10 for returned devices.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Devices with physical damage, liquid damage, or modifications
- Devices missing original packaging or accessories
- Devices purchased more than 15 days ago
- Devices that have been used or show signs of use
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our website with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the device and packaging (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: If your device is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- All Other Returns: For all other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we will:
- Inspect the device to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
- Deduct the $10 restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your device for a different model, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchange shipping costs may apply.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged device, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either through a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Warranty
All KosherDroid devices come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please contact us for warranty service information. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
