App blockers and parental controls are external apps placed on a phone and can often be bypassed. KosherDroid phones use a secure combination of a custom ROM operating system and a built in MDM (device management app) that cannot be bypassed or removed, even with a factory reset.

There is a known bug with the CAT S22 Flip with some carriers that the speakerphone will not work and mute the user. This is a bug in the CAT device and not in the KosherDroid software. It is recommended to restart the device but this will not always work.

This issue is usually caused by incorrect or missing APN settings.

Here’s how to check and update your APN settings:

1. Open Settings

2. Go to Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Access Point Names (APN)

3. Tap Add (+) or select an existing APN to edit

4. Enter the correct APN settings provided by your carrier

5. Tap Save, then select the new APN

6. Toggle airplane mode
