US Mobile (Verizon Network) Customers:
Please contact US Mobile support to request the CDMA-less feature be added to your line. This service is free of charge.
(No known issues with US Mobile Verizon at this time.)
Verizon Straight Talk Customers:
Some users are currently experiencing issues receiving text messages on certain phone models. We are aware of the situation and actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience.
Verizon Prepaid Customers:
Please ensure you have an updated SIM card and a compatible plan that supports CDMA-less and HD Voice before making a purchase.
(These requirements are mandatory and cannot be bypassed.)
Other Verizon-based Services (e.g., TracFone, Wing Mobile, and certain government-subsidized plans):
At this time, these services may not be compatible due to limitations in network features such as CDMA-less support.
(We recommend confirming compatibility with your provider before purchase.)
We are aware of a known issue affecting the speakerphone function on the CAT S22 Flip with certain carriers (primarily AT&T). In some cases, activating speakerphone may cause the microphone to mute, preventing the other party from hearing you.
Please note:
This is a hardware-related bug specific to the CAT device itself, and not caused by KosherDroid software.
Recommended Action:
Restarting the device may temporarily resolve the issue, though this is not guaranteed to work in all cases. We are looking into the situation and will share any updates as they become available.
